Plain terms for what you earn and how it reaches you.
What you earn
Each task shows its reward before you start. The amount shown when you reserve a task is the amount you earn for it, even if the task changes later.
Review
Every clip is reviewed before it earns. Clips that follow the task instructions are accepted. If a clip is rejected you will see the reason, and you can record a new one while the task is open.
Getting paid
Payments are handled by Stripe. You set up payouts once, and Stripe verifies your identity and bank details directly. We never see your bank details.
When money arrives
Accepted clips are paid after review. Once a payment is sent, your bank typically receives it within a few business days.
How your recordings are used
You keep ownership of what you record. You grant us a licence to use the accepted recordings for training and evaluating machine learning models, including on behalf of our customers.
Keeping and deleting
Accepted recordings are kept as part of the delivered dataset. You can delete your account at any time, which removes your profile and any recordings that have not yet been accepted.
Tax
You are responsible for any tax you owe on what you earn. We do not withhold tax from payments.
