Who is responsible
GoKuna is operated by Techguyver Labs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Legal contact: roy@techguyverlabs.org. Support: support@gokuna.com.
Information we use
Account email, country, age confirmation, consent records, submitted media, review decisions and support requests support the contribution workflow. Operational logs track request identifiers and actions.
To protect contributors and payments, we keep a record of sign-ins, eligibility and terms confirmations, and uploads, with the IP address, approximate country and device type each came from. Deleting your account removes the IP address and device details.
Who receives your recordings
Accepted recordings are delivered to the customers who commission a task, under the licence described in our terms. Your name and email are not part of a delivered dataset. We do not sell your personal data.
Payouts
Payouts are handled by Stripe. Stripe verifies your identity and bank details directly under its own privacy policy. We never see your bank details.
Collection inquiries
When you send a collection inquiry, we save your reply email and brief so our team can assess and respond to it. Only operators can access these records. Contact support to request removal. Inquiry text and email are not sent to analytics.
Product analytics
We collect basic product events to improve GoKuna. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland they are collected only after you opt in. Analytics exclude email addresses, media, signed links and free-text errors. Turn them off at any time in Profile.
Your device
Captures are saved in browser storage to resume interrupted uploads. A successful upload removes the saved copy. Discard a saved capture or sign out to clear saved captures. Shared devices need particular care.
Your choices
Account deletion can be requested in Profile. Requesting deletion signs you out everywhere immediately, permanently erases your raw media files from GoKuna storage and the text of your support messages, and removes your analytics events. Recordings already delivered to a customer stay licensed to that customer and cannot be recalled from them.
Records needed for accounting, audit and abuse prevention (such as ledger entries and the fact that a request occurred) are retained rather than deleted. A deleted account's email cannot be reused to sign up again.
