These terms apply when you use GoKuna. Last updated 26 October 2026.

## Who we are

GoKuna is operated by Techguyver Labs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Legal contact: roy@techguyverlabs.org. Support: support@gokuna.com.

In these terms, "GoKuna", "we" and "us" mean Techguyver Labs, LLC.

## Who can participate

GoKuna is for adults 18 and over. Only submit content you own or have explicit authority to share. Follow the task brief and avoid personal or sensitive information.

If anyone else can be seen or heard in a recording, you must have their permission. Keep bystanders, private information and other people's property out of frame unless you have permission.

## Practice tasks and rewards

Practice tasks are labelled as practice and earn practice credits with no monetary value. Availability, approval and income are not guaranteed.

## Review and support

Submissions may be accepted or rejected against the stated requirements. Your work page shows the decision and reason. If a recording is rejected, you can record a new one while the task is open. Only accepted work is paid. Contact support from Profile if something seems wrong.

## Your recordings and the licence you grant

You keep ownership of what you record. The licence below is non-exclusive, so you can still use your own recordings, unless a task brief clearly says the task is exclusive.

When a recording is accepted, you grant Techguyver Labs, LLC (GoKuna) and the customers who buy the data a licence to use, copy, modify and annotate it, and to use it to train and evaluate AI and machine learning models. GoKuna may sublicense these rights to those customers.

The licence is perpetual and irrevocable for any recording already delivered to a customer.

We do not sell your personal data. Recordings are used only as described in these terms.

## Withdrawing and deleting

Before a recording is delivered to a customer, you can withdraw it by emailing roy@techguyverlabs.org. We then stop using it and do not deliver it.

You can ask us to delete your raw files from GoKuna storage at any time, or delete your account in Profile. Recordings already delivered to a customer stay licensed to that customer, and models already trained on them cannot be untrained.

## Payouts

Rewards are paid in US dollars (USD). Each task shows its reward before you reserve it, and the amount shown when you reserve is the amount you earn, even if the task changes later.

Payments are handled by Stripe. You set up payouts once, and Stripe verifies your identity and bank details directly. We never see your bank details. Payouts are available in the countries Stripe supports.

Payouts start at $20. Once your accepted recordings add up to $20 and your payout setup is complete, we send all of it within 7 business days. Your bank usually receives it within a few business days after that. A balance under $20 is sent anyway 90 days after your last accepted recording, or when you delete your account. Recordings submitted before 5 November 2026 are paid without a minimum. There is no fee to join or to be paid.

If a payment fails, we tell you by email and send it again once your payout details are fixed.

You are responsible for any tax you owe on what you earn. We do not withhold tax from payments.

## Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we show the new version before you reserve your next task. Recordings you already submitted stay under the terms that applied when you submitted them.

## Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
